We are a dual income couple; in our 50s. No kids, no pets, no smoking and no drugs. I work for the BC Cancer Agency and BC Women's and Children's Hospital - I am a contractor and have worked from home for 20 years. My husband also has a great job in Port Coquitlam. We are looking for a long-term place to call home; hopefully 5+ years. We are a clean and tidy couple. We take good care of property and have great references. Our 'dream' home is rural; very private and quiet within 30 miles of Port Coquitlam. We need, at least, 1400 sq. ft. We aren't interested in being close to schools, shopping or transportation. We would like to rent an entire house with a double garage OR a single garage with a workshop of some sort. We are looking for September 1st, 2019.
